In
order to provide you with the best possible care, Dr. Schreffler
recommends all patients bring in their comprehensive case
history to include surgeries, accidents, the onset of your
condition and any other related details helpful to know
for treatment.. Case history can be documented on our New
Patient Information Form (linked here). Please bring
this completed form along with your insurance card with
you for your first visit.
After
reviewing your history and discussing your concerns, a thorough
orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic examination is
performed. Contingent on patients needs, X-rays may be taken.
Dr. Schreffler will explain the findings and recommend a
treatment plan. Progress is then monitored with follow-up
visits as necessary.
